Mission
Waystream exists to rebuild men broken by cancer—restoring faith, courage, and brotherhood through Christ. Cancer isolates men. It strips identity, confidence, and purpose. Waystream offers a place where they can breathe again, reclaim meaning, and find strength in community.
The organization is not about treatment; it’s about restoration. It bridges the gap between surviving and truly living again. The mission is emotional, spiritual, and practical—helping men rediscover who they are after the fight.
Vision
Waystream will be a national network of retreats, leaders, and alumni serving over 10,000 men by 2030. The movement will expand from a few core retreats per year to a distributed ecosystem of trained facilitators, local chapters, and digital support communities.
Each retreat will be self-sustaining through a blend of sponsorships, donor circles, and alumni contributions. The long-term goal is a flywheel model, built for multiplication.
