Waystream Team

Ryan Colby | Founder & Executive Director

Ryan Colby is a colorectal cancer survivor, an established events industry executive, and a serial entrepreneur. He has built multiple ventures across live experiences, technology, and digital assets, including a career as one of the world’s top domain name brokers. Drawing from both boardroom and battlefield experience, Ryan founded Waystream—a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a cancer support community that he couldn’t find himself. It is a place where men can rebuild their faith, courage, and brotherhood after cancer, while also fostering healthcare partnerships that strengthen their journey.

Nicole Colby | VP of Healthcare Partnerships

Nicole Colby develops and manages Waystream’s healthcare partnerships with hospitals, oncology practices, and survivorship programs—making it simple for clinicians to “prescribe” donor-funded retreat seats that provide vital cancer support and keep men supported year-round through Waystream Connect. She builds referral pathways, aligns eligibility and safety screens with clinical teams, and provides de-identified post-retreat summaries that enhance care coordination and research storytelling for this nonprofit organization.
