Waystream Connect™ is our year-round, online, post-retreat brotherhood.  Relationships start on the mountain, but they’re built in the months that follow. 

Connect turns a one-time retreat into an ongoing circle of men who take practical next steps together. Most programs end at checkout. We measure what happens after.

• Weekly Pods: the same 12 brothers from your retreat, moderated, “In The Round” format—one voice, no fixing unless invited.
   
• Monthly Workshop: faith + fieldcraft topics (resilience, marriage, work, spiritual disciplines, basic preparedness).
   
• Quarterly Challenge: one tangible action we all do (service project, Scripture plan, stewardship, etc.)
   
• Buddy System: every man has a named partner for mid-week texts and prayer.
   
• Care Channel: fast path to pastoral support; nurse consults for safety questions (not medical advice).
   

Waystream Connect™ is a private, low-noise community (not social media). Clear norms: confidentiality, consent before advice, fast escalation if someone is in a tough spot. We track participation so no one disappears without a tap on the shoulder. Waystream is not just about a weekend experience; it’s a brotherhood that does life together.
